4. 2" thick InSoFast EPS foam board insulation

5. Hardy Board siding and trim

6. InSoFast foam board insulation of foundation

7. New sofits, facia, and gutters

8. Mechanical ventilation system

Kitchen: Zimmer Hardware, Palatine, IL, 847-358-5400

Green Features:

• Green Roof with ~8' deep soil

• Only using LED Lights

• The yard is being converted to all Illinois native plants (woodland, savanna, prairie)

• All rain water held on site with a rain barrel and rain garden.
