The crew is here today working on the front of the house. They pulled down the old rotten cedar on the corner posts and did a simple replacement with hardy-board. Someday when we restore the full exterior of the house we'll put back the original design. No stairs right now but they should be installed shortly.
On Wed a crew from the Countertop Factory is coming to buff out the scratches in the countertops. I've also gotten the tools needed to install the backsplash so that might happen soon.
